For more than 14 years, Trevor has led Millerbernd through year-over-year double digit growth. This reflects the addition of sales territories, expanding our product offerings, increasing manufacturing capacity through the addition of new facilities and equipment, and developing employees with strong skills. Trevor played an integral role in developing the Manufacturers Opportunities for Vocational Employment (M.O.V.E.) of Western Minnesota. This is a group of like-minded companies with the goal to attract skilled employees within their operating region. He currently serves as President on the organization’s board of directors. Trevor graduated from Bemidji State University in 1996 with a B.A. in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Manufacturing Management.

Can’t live without:
Spending time with his wife and two daughters at the lake in northern Minnesota.

What he loves about working at Millerbernd:
Having the opportunity to develop a work environment that builds careers for our employees and the genuine pride of being a part of Millerbernd.

 

Rob Tracy

Rob Tracy

Rob joined Millerbernd in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer, but has been a part of the manufacturing industry for more than 30 years. Since joining, he has brought to life his expertise in building strong leadership teams and bringing Lean manufacturing concepts to life. Rob is also responsible for management and accountability for sales, operation, finance and administrative functions. He received a B.S. in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Can’t live without:
The time he spends at his family’s cabin and gears up in the fall to cheer on the University of Michigan Wolverines football team – Go Blue!

What he loves about working at Millerbernd:
The can-do, positive spirit of the people, a staple of the region.

 

Warren Kalnbach

Warren Kalnbach

Joining Millerbernd as Vice President of Operations in 2009, Warren has made an incredible impact in helping our teams implement scalable processes and infrastructure to meet the needs of our growing company. He’s been in the industry for more than six years and has a degree in B.S. Industrial Engineering & Management.

Can’t live without:
The great Minnesota pastime: walleye fishing. When Warren isn’t fishing, he’s cheering on the NDSU Bison.

What he loves about working at Millerbernd:
Being a part of a company that operates with core values that align with his own.

 

Mark Wendt

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mark Wendt

Mark joined Millerbernd in September of 2012 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and heads the development of sales channels, relationship building and brand management. He’s been a part of the industry for more than 33 years. His vast knowledge of lighting poles and structures helps to improve our products each day. Some career highlights include the launch of the new Millerbernd website with our latest product catalogs and also expanding into five new industry markets.

Can’t live without:
His D.I.Y. projects and playing golf. You’ll find him cheering on the Green Bay Packers during the football season.

What he loves about working at Millerbernd:
The great team of people all working in the same direction.

 

John Fischbach

Since joining Millerbernd in November of 2014, John has guided our operations to achieve daily goals by coaching supervisors and eliminating barriers. He focuses on quality and continuous improvement activities that further improve the complete Pole Value Stream. Some highlights include helping employees develop and create a daily pitch process that is improving on-time delivery to customers. He received his B.S. in Industrial Technology/Manufacturing Engineering from UW Stout.

Can’t live without:
His family and spending his wintertime snowmobiling or cheering on the Minnesota Wild.

The great people that he is able to work with.
