luminaire mounting brackets and access holes or flanges that meet AASHTO, city, state or government agency criteria.

Choice of self weathering, prime coated for painting, galvanized or factory finish coat.
Anchor Bolts
Millerbernd also manufactures its own anchor bolts using high-strength ASTM A576 cold drawn, stress-relieved steel with a minimum of 115,000 PSI yield strength.

Supplemental instruction sheets for proper assembly of the pole sections and for proper erection accompanies each order. Extra copies available upon request. |

Side-Mounted Tubular Service Platform
Allows mounting up to 36 luminaires either front or rear.

Steps and Pole Climber
5/8" x 6 1/2" galvanized step bolts with locking nuts are attached to lugs welded to the shaft at alternating 16"
spacing. Climber assembly includes a permanently attached 3/8" galvanized cable (on each pole) and a safety belt equipped with a stainless steel follower and brake. |

Luminaire Mounting Detail
Standard mounting is six, 9/16" holes on 1-5/16" centers. Special mounting holes or brackets will be supplied as requested. |

"H" Base
Prevents vandalism, enhances the pole's appearance by enclosing the anchor bolts in a tapered housing which is part of the pole. The "H" base is
recommended for areas with pedestrian traffic. |

Anchor Base and Handhole
The anchor base is formed from ASTM A588 bar steel stock which is cold rolled into a ring either 1 1/2 thick by 3 1/2" OR 2" thick by 5"
wide, depending on the pole size. A reinforced handhole 5" x 8" is provided for access to pole wiring. |
