• Factory Finish Paint Coat “Millerbond”
  Millerbond is an electrostatically applied liquid finish system consisting of an organic zinc rich, moisture cure, urethane primer and high quality fast-cure polyurethane I2 topcoat. This paint system offers outstanding corrosion resistance. Our manufacturer has tested it to more then 10,000 hours in salt spray with excellent results. Millerbond is also highly graffiti resistant and most spray paints can be quickly & easily removed without damage to the finish. Millerbond is covered by a five year limited warranty against excessive fading, cracking or peeling.
  
  
• Prime Coated for Painting
  MillerberndÍs base prime coat is an electrostatic air assisted spray finish of a zinc rich, moisture cure, urethane (ZRU) primer which has passed more than 9000 hours in salt spray with excellent results.
   
  
• Galvanized Steel
  Millerbernd's poles are are hot dipped galvanized to meet ASTM 123 requirements.
   
  
• Weathering Steel
  Weathering steel is a specially formulated steel material which forms a dense tight protective oxide on the surface. It naturally weathers to a rich deep dark brown color that requires no maintenance.
