- Factory Finish Paint Coat “Millerbond”
Millerbond is an electrostatically applied liquid finish system consisting of an organic zinc rich, moisture cure, urethane primer and high quality fast-cure polyurethane I_ topcoat. This paint system offers outstanding corrosion resistance. Our manufacturer has tested it to more then 10,000 hours in salt spray with excellent results. Millerbond is also highly graffiti resistant and most spray paints can be quickly & easily removed without damage to the finish. Millerbond is covered by a five year limited warranty against excessive fading, cracking or peeling.
- Prime Coated For Painting
Millerbernd’s base prime coat is an electrostatic air assisted
spray finish of a zinc rich, moisture cure, urethane (ZRU) primer
which has passed more than 9000 hours in salt spray with excellent
results.
- Stainless Steel Soft Finish
Millerbernd’s Soft Finish is produced by peening the stainless surfaces
with stainless steel shot to produce a permanent soft, lustrous, finish.
Application Note: While stainless steel poles are highly corrosion resistant, a protective clear coat is recommended for decorative or highly visible applications where environmental staining might be objectionable. |
