Model TS - Tapered Square
Lighting Standard

A one piece tapered square pole designed for use with the contemporary designed square lighting fixtures. Fixtures may be tenon or side mounted. For use with more than two fixtures, the tenon mounted fixture cluster is recommended. A selection of pole strengths is available to best suit the loading requirements.

High strength steel is formed in one piece on our press break and welded on the corner by a continuous seam welder to produce a pole with smooth faces. Also included: reinforced handhole and cover, grounding lug, anchor bolts and templates, base cover.

Finish
Choice of self weathering, prime coated for painting, galvanized or factory finish coat.

Shaft Material
11 gauge steel with a minimum yield strength of 50,000 PSI.

Base
Flame cut high strength steel joined to the pole shaft with continuous welds inside and outside. Four anchor bolts with nuts are included.

Notes:
(1) Other strengths available. Contact factory.
(2) Max EPA recommended at 80 mph plus a 1.3 gust factor. Exceeding this maximum nullifies Millerbernd's warranty and any liability.
(3) Weight includes pole, base. Does not include anchor bolt weights.
(4) Specify luminaire style, quantity and mounting detail.

When ordering poles:

Insert (-1S) for Top Tenon, (-1FS) for side mount or (-2FS) for twin side mount. (Specify tenon size (2" pipe x 6" LG STD) or side mount hole layout.)
